Have you noticed that your upper eyelids are feeling heavy, or when looking in the mirror your upper eyelids sag or droop? This is called hooding and is secondary to the loss of skin tone and volume in the upper face. There are two non-surgical treatment options. The first is to inject botox into muscles of the upper face to encourage lifting of the brow and thus the upper eyelid. The second option is to replace upper face volume loss with filler, again to encourage lifting of the upper brow and eyelid. These two options can be used in combination and can be quite effective in treating mild to moderate upper eyelid hooding. Severe cases often require surgical correction.
I am really happy with the outcome! Many of my friends have complimented on how vibrant I look, before knowing I had any work done, so that made me feel confident again! My husband is all smiles. Can’t wait to see this extremely professional team again!
Wonderful first time experience with Botox, and the best results I could have hoped for!! I’m absolutely thrilled with my results and I wish I hadn’t waited so long.
I use to commute downtown Vancouver for all of my skincare and beauty needs until I discovered Skin Secrets. I’ve become a regular client and have since referred my friends/family too. It’s the best kept secret in Fort Langley!
