Dr. Neitzel MD is a fellowship trained, board certified Canadian physician. He has studied at several prestigious centers across North America including the University of British Columbia, the University of Calgary, Stanford University, and Johns Hopkins University. Dr. Neitzel continues his training by regularly attending conferences and programs nationally and internationally allowing him to remain on top of the latest trends and techniques.
As a Galderma Masterclass Injector, Dr. Neitzel trains medical residents, nurses and physicians. Importantly, Dr. Neitzel also maintains a hospital practice that allows him to continually expand his medical expertise thus providing his clientsts with the highest level of care.

Dr. Amber is a Family Physician who graduated from the UBC Family Medicine Residency Program in 2019.

She is highly respected as a clinical teacher for medical students and residents. In 2021, she was recognized by the UBC Family Medicine Program and received a teaching award.
Skincare and aesthetics have always been her passion. She started her role as a cosmetic injector at Skin Secrets in Jan 2022. Dr. Amber loves helping clients achieve a natural look and help them feel the best version of themselves!

Dr. Circe Codio

Physician Injector
MD, CCFP
Dr. Codio obtained her medical doctorate degree at the University of Montreal in 2008. Her interest in cosmetic injectables started during her residency program in family medicine at McGill University. Following her move to BC, her main practice has been in hospital medicine, both as a physician and in a leadership role.
In 2022, she decided to follow her previous passion by pursuing a cosmetic injectables role at Skin Secrets. Her goal is to help empower every client to feel like their best self!

Skin Secrets is the perfect fit for me, as it allows me to combine my love of service with a culture of care, inclusion, and results-driven beauty.

I bring over two decades of advanced nursing and nurse practitioner experience to Skin Secrets, blending exceptional clinical expertise with a refined aesthetic eye. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing with Honours (2005) and a Master’s Degree in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of British Columbia with distinction (2014), reflecting my commitment to excellence in care! 

My background in emergency medicine, critical care, cardiac surgery, internal medicine, and remote northern nursing has sharpened my precision, steady hands, and attention to detail—skills I also apply to aesthetic medicine. I take pride in listening to each client’s goals, creating tailored treatment plans, and delivering natural, balanced results!

Whether I’m performing advanced injectables or recommending skin rejuvenation therapies, my approach is meticulous, evidence-based, and personalized, ensuring every client feels comfortable, informed, and confident in their journey.
