Skin Secrets is a well established and growing Medical Aesthetics Clinic in the Valley. We deliver comprehensive Aesthetic treatments in a discreet and professional environment. We are seeking a team player who shares our patient focus. The Guest Experience Coordinator creates a positive first impression for the clinic, and begins building a successful relationship with the client. Building those relationships and delivering on results has lead to our 5 star reputation.
This position is comprised of two parts: creating exceptional experiences for clients, and generating revenue through retail sales. Other responsibilities include administrative support, answering client’s calls and coordinating activities with top management.

Required Training & Work Experience
- Experience with appointment booking and billing systems.
- Knowledge of products and services or prior training in medical aesthetics. Ex. Injectables, lasers, skincare.
- Business studies are an asset.
- A high school diploma is required; a diploma of college studies is an asset.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities
- Welcoming and engaging with our clients so they have a great experience at the clinic.
- Master at customer relations, in person and on the phone.
- Managing all incoming calls and returning voicemails promptly.
- Ensuring clients have completed all intake forms, consent forms and ensure they are prepared for their appointment.
- Support marketing initiatives, by having conversations with clients.
- Efficiently managing computer billing and payments.
- Rebooking patients after their appointments. Follow up with clients who are due for a visit to the clinic.
